This website presents the steel products of Shandong Kungang Metal Technology Co., Ltd. For enquiries or questions about your personal information, contact alex@steelfcc.com.

When you contact our team by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, business contact details, product requirements, quantity and delivery destination. Please do not send identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
The website enquiry form is currently in demonstration mode. Entries are checked by the form handler but are not saved as enquiries or emailed to our sales team. Please use email or WhatsApp for a real quotation.
How enquiry information is used
Our team uses enquiry information to discuss your requirements and manage the resulting business correspondence. Please tell us if you do not wish to receive further follow-up about an enquiry. If you want access to, correction of or deletion of information you have supplied, email the address above. Some transaction records may need to be retained to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

The website is hosted on WordPress.com. WhatsApp links and QR codes open an external messaging service. Its own terms and privacy practices apply when you use it. Email links open your chosen email application. Information sent through those services is handled by those services as well as by the receiving sales contact.

We keep enquiry correspondence as needed to respond, maintain the related business relationship and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to ask about the information associated with your enquiry or to request its deletion. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information.
